Enjoy Prince Edward Island at Bugaboo Cottages. Stay in one of our three unique historical country cottages. We've renovated a century old Island homestead into an intimate and inviting collection of three quaint country cottages, each decorated in a unique island theme. The cottages have many features, including a full kitchen, flatscreen wall mounted TV, propane fireplace, and clawftoot tub with shower. Lots of fresh island air and starry nights.
Centrally located on the Trans CA HWY, making it a great home base for touring the whole Island. There can be some noise but with our large property its not really an issue. Just a 10 minute drive from the Confederation Bridge, 10 minutes to Summerside, 20 minutes to Cavendish, 40 minutes to Charlottetown and 10 minutes to Chelton Beach Provincial Park.
The cottages are situated on a 55 acre family owned hobby farm, and are best suited to folks who would enjoy a stay in the country while still being close to local amenities, yet away from the hustle and bussle of the more touristy locations. The owners live on site and are happy to help you plan your visit on Prince Edward Island.
Guests are welcome to enjoy our large well landscaped property and other shared spaces. Relax in a swinging chair under the twinklie lit tree, nap in a double hammock, have morning coffee on the big rocking swing and kids of all ages love the tire swing. Enjoy yard games including croquet, volley ball, babmiton, bocce ball, and kids toys. Propane bonfire (shared space).

- Dogs: Dogs are welcome with advanced approval in 2 of the cottages. No pets in the Country Garden Cottage.
- Our hobby farm furry friends include, horses, goats, rabbits, chickens, friendly dog and cat.
